Boost System
Get seen first — and get a guaranteed response.
Boosting your application moves it to the priority lane. Employers are required to respond within 21 hours, they cannot refuse a boosted application. They must shortlist you, schedule an interview, or extend an offer.
How Boosts Work
A boost gives your application priority visibility, not algorithmic ranking. The employer sees your application highlighted at the top of their pipeline.
What Boosting Does
What Boosting Does NOT Do
21-Hour SLA
When a candidate boosts their application, the employer has exactly 21 hours to respond. This is enforced by the system — not a suggestion.
If the employer doesn't respond in time, the system automatically sends a “Shortlisted” response to the candidate, logs a non-response event, applies a trust score penalty (-3), and returns the boost credit to the jobseeker.

Response Rules
Boosted applications cannot be refused. Employers must take one of three positive actions. This is what makes boosting valuable — it guarantees meaningful engagement.
Shortlisted
Move the candidate to the shortlist for further review.
Interview Scheduled
Schedule an interview with the candidate.
Offer Extended
Extend a formal job offer to the candidate.
Not Selected is NOT an option
Employers cannot reject or skip a boosted application. The “Not Selected” action is disabled for any application that has been boosted.
The 21% Slot Cap
Boost slots are limited to keep the system fair. The number of available boost slots for a job is dynamically calculated based on total applicants.
Slots only increase when new applicants apply. Responding to a boost does NOT free up a slot.

CME Intro
When you boost an application, you're prompted to record a 30-second CME Intro, a short “Why I Want This Job” message directly to the employer.
CME Intros are optional but powerful. They give employers a personal connection to your application and help you stand out beyond your resume.
