Manage Your Candidates

Hiring Pipeline

From application to hire — every step tracked.

The CME hiring pipeline gives employers a visual, drag-and-drop interface to manage candidates through every stage. Built-in rules prevent ghosting, ensure compliance, and support team-based hiring decisions.

Pipeline Stages

Every application moves through a defined set of stages. Employers advance candidates by dragging them between columns or using the status dropdown.

Application received. The employer can see the candidate's profile, CME Clip, and SmartMatch score.

The employer has flagged this candidate for further review. This is the first positive signal.

Interview Scheduled

An interview has been arranged. Both parties receive calendar notifications.

Offer Extended

A formal offer with salary, start date, and working hours. The candidate accepts or declines from their dashboard.

Hired

Candidate accepted the offer. Bill 190 employment confirmation is automatically generated.

Not Selected

Candidate was not chosen. A KindHire message is sent automatically.

Withdrawn

Candidate withdrew their application. The employer receives an urgent notification.

Transition Rules

Not every move is allowed. The pipeline enforces rules to prevent skipping stages, ghosting candidates, or bypassing required actions.

SubmittedShortlisted or Not Selected

Cannot skip to Interview without Shortlisting first.

ShortlistedInterview Scheduled or Not Selected

Boosted applications cannot be moved to Not Selected.

Interview ScheduledOffer Extended or Not Selected

Offer Extended(Candidate accepts/declines)

Offer Flow

When an employer extends an offer, they provide salary, start date, working hours, and location. The candidate receives an email and can accept or decline directly from their dashboard.

If declined, the employer sees the reason and can resend a modified offer. If accepted, the candidate is automatically moved to Hired and a Bill 190 employment confirmation letter is generated.

Team Voting

CME supports multi-admin hiring. Team members can vote on candidates with structured feedback tags, and votes are blind; nobody sees others' votes until all are in.

Blind Voting

Votes are hidden until all team members have voted, preventing bias.

Weighted Scores

Hiring managers' votes carry more weight than standard team members.

Consensus View

After voting closes, see the full breakdown with feedback tags and scores.

Bill 190 Compliance

Every pipeline action, status changes, messages, interviews, offers, is automatically logged and archived. When a job is closed, CME generates a complete compliance report.

Reports include job posting history, all candidate communications, interview records, and hiring decisions. They're formatted for print-to-PDF and named for easy filing.
