Invited
You share your referral code or send an invite. The invitee receives your unique link.
Signed Up
The invitee creates an account using your referral code. You earn 1 ballot.
Activated
The invitee completes their profile and submits their first application. You earn 2 more ballots.

You earn ballots when your referral reaches key milestones.

Employer Signs Up
An employer views your profile and decides to join CME. Your link tracks the referral automatically.
You Get Rewarded
You earn 10 ballots and a +2 trust bonus (6 months) for every employer who converts. Reach 3 conversions for the big milestone.

Aim for 3 employer conversions
Three employers signing up from your link earns the Profile Referral badge and $50 in CME Credits.
