Village membership is earned — and it has to stay earned.
Village membership isn't permanent by default. Every member must maintain a trust score of at least 50%. If your score drops below that threshold, your spot opens up for the next qualified person in line.
This isn't about exclusion — it's about integrity. The Village represents the best of our community. Your trust score reflects how you engage with the platform: completing your profile, showing up for interviews, being responsive, and treating the process with respect.

All 5,521 founding spots are filled. The gates close. Every Village member receives a badge and a welcome message.

Once all 5,521 spots are filled, no new members can join The Village. This isn't a waitlist. It's a founding group — and founding groups have a beginning and an end.
The only way a spot opens is if a member's trust score drops below 50%. When that happens, the next qualified person is invited in. The Village stays complete. The Village stays earned.
