Find a job
Browse jobs on the main listings page, CME Local map, or check your SmartMatch recommendations on your dashboard.
Check your match
Before applying, you'll see your SmartMatch score. This tells you how well you align with the role.
Submit your application
Click Apply. Your profile, CME Clip, skills, and experience are sent to the employer.
Optional: Boost it
Want priority visibility? Use a boost to move to the top of the employer's queue with a guaranteed response.
Track your status
Every application is tracked on your Applications page. You'll receive notifications at every stage.
Video Applications
Your CME Clip is your chance to make a personal impression. It's sent automatically with every application you submit.
If you boost your application, you can also record a 30-second CME Intro, a targeted “Why I Want This Job” message to that specific employer.
Video Tips
What Each Status Means
Every application on CME has a clear status. Here's what each one means for you.
Submitted
Your application has been received. The employer can see your profile and SmartMatch score.
Shortlisted
The employer has flagged you for further review. This is a positive signal — you're on their radar.
Interview Scheduled
An interview has been scheduled. Check your email and dashboard for details.
Offer Extended
You've received a formal offer with salary, start date, and working hours. Accept or decline from your dashboard.
Hired
You accepted the offer. Congratulations! Your employment confirmation letter has been generated.
Not Selected
You weren't chosen for this role. A KindHire message from the employer explains the decision.
Withdrawn
You withdrew your application. The employer has been notified.
When to Boost
Boosts are valuable, use them strategically for maximum impact.
High-match roles
Boost when your SmartMatch score is 70%+ for the best return.
Competitive listings
Jobs with many applicants benefit most from a boost.
